The following shadow styles are applied to the outside of a frame or stack and give the look of being lifted up. You will find two variations of this. The first series of styles are gradually lifted with a smooth jump. The second series have been a slightly higher jump in between levels.
Note: Always turn the Overflow of a stack or frame to 'Visible' so that shadows don't get cut off abruptly.

The following shadow styles are applied to the inside of a frame or stack. The best result is achieved when it also has a child frame or stack inside it. It gives the other container look of being indented. You need to add the a outer shadow to the child layer to achieve a realistic look.
